Pastors Emelio and Lucy Sebastian have a long history of serving the Lord.  The church originally was formed in 1996 as Joseph Company Ministries - "Joseph is a fruitful bough, by a well, whose branches run over a wall."  Genesis 49:22

Jubilee Christian Church was established in 1997.  

We changed our name to Jubilee Christian Church when we moved to Brockport, NY.  Jubilee purchased the building and set it apart for the Lord in 1998.  In 2006, the building was dedicated in a special ceremony with Dr. Chuck Pierce, President of Glory of Zion International Ministries in Denton, TX.  Jubilee is recognized as a Church of Zion.

Jubilee Christian Church is called to be the Apostolic Center of the Region.  God has said we are the Rear Guard and the Keeper of the Western Gate.  We are a defense for the whole region.  Jubilee is a safe place.

We will equip and train those to be members who minister to others.  A driving force of showing compassion and making a difference in the region.  Jude 1:22
