Leadership

Emelio has served the Lord for over 30 years with pastoral experience. He is a prophet, and an apostle.  He and his wife, Lucy, share the responsibilities of pastoring our fellowship.

Lucy is an avid worshipper who loves the Lord and ushers in the presence of God.  She and her husband Emelio have three children. 

Dawn has been ministering to others for many years. She is a prophet and a prayer warrior.  She has been a part of Jubilee for over 30 years.
