Day 3: Waiting as Divine Connection
Reading: Isaiah 40:28-31; Lamentations 3:25-26
Devotional: The Hebrew word for "wait" (qavah) means to be bound together, like twining. Waiting on the Lord isn't passive resignation—it's active connection. When you wait upon Him, you're bound to His purposes and timing, moving only when He moves, turning only when He turns. This is how acceleration begins. Like the wheels in Ezekiel's vision, you align completely with His direction. After disappointment, after years of unanswered prayers, faith says "at Your word, Lord." His mercies are new every morning, which means acceleration begins fresh each day. Choose to believe God again. Review His promises. Remind Him of what He's spoken. In the fullness of His time, He accelerates completion into your present reality.
